Eschmann supporting Andy’s Man Club for 2024
Eschmann is proud to support ANDYSMANCLUB as its charity of the year for 2024.
This is a charity dedicated to preventing suicide among men. It provides invaluable support to men experiencing mental health challenges, with judgement-free, peer-to-peer support groups held across the UK and online. In encouraging people to talk and find solace in others who are feeling the same way, the goal is to fight the stigma surrounding mental health.
Approximately three quarters of the 5,642 suicides recorded in England and Wales in 2022 were men.[i] Studies have also shown that male dentists have the highest risk of suicide compared to all healthcare professionals (and the general population).[ii]
In supporting ANDYSMANCLUB, Eschmann hopes to help raise awareness and funds to help more men escape the clutches of poor mental health and suicide.
