PSD Scotland Orthodontic Therapy Training Programme
Applications open 2 November and the next programme commences May 2027
The PSD Scotland Orthodontic Therapy Training Programme supports GDC registered Dental Care Professionals to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to work towards the RCSEd Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy and, following successful completion, eligibility to apply for GDC registration as an Orthodontic Therapist.
Applications are welcomed from GDC-registered Dental Care Professionals who will be supported by a GDC-registered Specialist Orthodontist and can undertake a minimum of 27 clinical hours in a orthodontic setting per week, (or the part-time equivalent), throughout the training programme.
