As dental practices continue to face growing operational, workforce and financial pressures, Dentally is bringing together some of the profession’s leading voices to explore a simple but increasingly important question: how do you build a successful practice without burning out the people running it?

Taking place at BMA House, London, on 26 June, Dentally Live will bring together dental professionals, industry leaders and technology innovators to discuss how practices can reduce friction, support teams and create more sustainable ways of working.

Join Dentistry’s Biggest Conversations

Among the headline speakers is Loven Ganeswaran, practising dentist, co-owner of Sunninghill Clinic and CEO of Chairsyde. His mission is to help more patients understand their health and make informed decisions about their care — a challenge he believes sits at the heart of many of dentistry’s wider frustrations.

“The real problem in dentistry isn’t clinical skill,” said Loven. “It’s translation. Brilliant clinicians lose patients every day because the system was never designed to help people understand their own health.”

Also speaking is Duncan Leslie, Director of Product and Technology at Dentally, who will explore AI, automation and the future of the connected practice.

Other speakers include James Harker, Executive Director UK and APAC, Henry Schein One, Jonathan Meadows, Managing Director of Regulation Resolution Solicitors and former Chief Prosecutor at the General Dental Council, alongside members of the wider Dentally leadership and product teams.

Earn Six Hours of Verifiable CPD

The event is open to practice owners, principals, associates, practice managers and wider dental teams, whether they currently use Dentally or not.

With limited places remaining, attendees will receive six hours of verifiable CPD and gain access to a programme built around four themes shaping the future of modern practice:

  1. Practical innovation that reduces administrative burden and supports better patient outcomes
  2. Strategies to help practices grow with confidence
  3. Insights into future product developments and the Dentally roadmap
  4. Opportunities to learn from peers and experts tackling many of dentistry’s biggest challenges

Sessions throughout the day will explore topics including AI and automation, data and compliance, patient communication, and what the connected practice of the future could look like.

In addition, attendees will be among the first to receive Dentally’s new ‘Designing a Stress-Free Practice’ guide, developed using insights from more than 700 dental professionals across the UK, Australia and Canada. The guide examines the realities of modern practice life and offers practical recommendations to help practices protect time, support teams, strengthen leadership, improve consistency and create more connected ways of working.

James Harker, Executive Director UK and APAC, Henry Schein One, said: “Every practice owner, principal and clinical leader wants the same thing: the ability to focus on delivering excellent patient care while building a practice that is sustainable, rewarding and enjoyable to run. Yet for many dental professionals, that ambition can feel increasingly difficult to realise.

“Dentally Live is an opportunity to bring together people from across the profession to share ideas, explore solutions and discuss how we create practices that are not only successful, but sustainable places to work, lead and grow.”

Time Is Running Out to Secure Your Place

The event comes as Dentally approaches a significant milestone, supporting more than 5,000 practices across the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Thirteen years after launching as a cloud-based alternative to traditional practice management systems, the company believes growing demand for more connected, efficient ways of working reflects many of the challenges now facing the profession.

Dentally Live takes place on Friday 26 June at BMA House, London, from 8.30am to 5.00pm, followed by an evening drinks reception.

Tickets are £75 and available to both Dentally users and non-users, representing exceptional value for a full day of expert insight, practical learning, networking and six hours of verifiable CPD.
