Links Lodge Dental in Montrose cares for around 13,400 patients
Links Lodge Dental Practice, an eight-surgery mixed-income dental practice in Montrose has been sold for an undisclosed sum.
The practice has been owned by Dr Iain Campbell and Dr David Gibb since 1999 and under their ownership the practice has expanded significantly, growing from five surgeries to eight and benefiting from substantial investment in facilities. Operating from a 140-year-old former merchant’s house, the practice cares for around 13,400 patients.
Following a confidential sales process with Joel Mannix at Christie & Co, the practice was acquired by multi-site operator Dr Naga Narra, with Links Lodge Dental marking the purchase of his fourth practice.
While Dr Campbell and Dr Gibb are retireing from practice ownership, they will continue to work in a clinical capacity post-sale. In a joint statement, they said: “We have spent the last 25 years growing and investing in the business, expanding the premises, modernising facilities and building a strong team to support an ever-growing patient base.
“Following a rewarding and successful period of ownership, we feel the time is right to pass the practice on to new owners who can build on the strong foundations we have created. We are immensely proud of what has been achieved and hope the practice continues to thrive, providing excellent patient care while embracing future opportunities for growth and innovation.”
