The British Association of Dental Nurses’ President-elect, Carolyn Roberts, will explore the changing role of the Dental Nurse at the Scottish Dental Show 2026.
The aim of her session is to support dental nurses in understanding and embracing the evolving role of the profession.
Carolyn will explore how the role is changing, including extended duties and skill mix, and provide support in recognising the impact of contract reform. She will also identify career progression pathways, including CGDent Fellowship. Participants will be supported in building confidence in leadership and development.
