The applicant is Warrington-based dental implant provider 21D Clinical
North Lanarkshire Council is considering an application for a new dental clinic at Strathclyde Business Park.
The applicant is Warrington-based dental implant provider 21D Clinical.
has proposed adapting space in Coltness House in Lark Way, which is part of Strathclyde Business Park, to create a new private clinic, including rooms for the purposes of consultation and treatment.
A document submitted as part of the application emphasises the park’s good transport links, as it is within the “golden triangle” formed by the M8, M74 and M80, in addition to being near four train stations and several bus stops.
Neighbouring premises, including Virgin Media and Avondale House, have been sent notification of the proposals.
