Christie & Co announces sale of Thornhill Dental Practice
Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of Thornhill Dental Practice in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland.
Thornhill is a four-surgery private practice with around 3,000 registered patients. It sits at the junction of the A76 Dumfries to Kilmarnock and A702 New Galloway to Edinburgh, in the mid-section of the beautiful Nith Valley in Dumfriesshire.
The practice has been under the ownership of Daniel Korczak since 2009 and was successfully sold as Daniel prepares to return to his native Poland to be closer to family.
Following a confidential sales process with Joel Mannix at Christie & Co, it has been sold, for an undisclosed price, to first-time buyer, Sean Towler.
Daniel said: “It has been a privilege to build and grow Thornhill Dental Practice over the past 15 years. I am confident that Sean will continue to develop the practice and lead it to even greater success.”
