Meet Mr Weasley!
Your guide to clinical skills for medical emergencies.
Mr Weasley is a high-fidelity simulation manikin.
He is used to allow safe, supported practice of clinical skills needed for the management and assessment of an acutely unwell patient in the dental setting.
He talks, blinks, breathes (plus or minus additional airway sounds) and allows pulse palpation and arrythmia detection to be practised.
Mr Weasley will be at The Scottish Dental Show next week for the workshop on Clinical Skills for Medical Emergencies.
By the end of this session participants will have been provided with hands-on experience of:
- Taking pulse and respiratory rates.
- Using a PEF meter.
- Using an MDI and Spacer device.
- Preparing and administering IM injections.
You can register now for the free-to-attend Scottish Dental Show on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 June or log in to your registration account and book your education seminars.
