Sophie has been part of everything the agency has built, and while her leaving marks the end of a remarkable chapter, Kilburn Comms is delighted that she will remain part of the company’s family in a freelance capacity and will always be a dear friend.

“I can say with complete sincerity that Sophie has been one of the most supportive, collaborative, and inspiring colleagues I have ever had the privilege of working alongside. She brought positivity, professionalism, and passion to every project, and her contribution cannot be overstated.” – Erica Kilburn, Founder and Accounts Director of Kilburn Communications.

Throughout her tenure, Sophie has consistently gone above and beyond in every sense. Her editorial vision, dedication, and unwavering commitment to quality have shaped the agency’s voice and set the content standard for everything we produce. She has been a tireless mentor, investing her time and expertise in training a generation of talented writers who carry her influence in every piece they create.

“Sophie’s departing gift to us is the outstanding, dedicated team of brilliant writers she leaves behind. A team she has mentored over the last 4/5 years, who are a pleasure to work with and have the same commitment and passion for excellence as Sophie.” – Hamish Kilburn, Owner, Kilburn Communications.

“I personally will miss Sophie enormously; however, we are exceptionally lucky that our friendship is not ending,” added Erica. “Hamish, myself and the team at Kilburn Comms wish her every success in her exciting next chapter.”
