On 11 October, Stuart, Stacey, Pete, Stefanie and Molly from Performance Finance will descend 415 feet, down the side of the iconic National Lift Tower in Northampton, the UK’s tallest permanent abseil structure. But this is not just an act of daring; it is a testament to their commitment to making a tangible difference in the world. The team will be braving the dizzying heights to raise vital funds for two remarkable charities: Vision Care for Homeless People and Dentaid, the Dental Charity. Both Vision Care for Homeless People and Dentaid provide essential healthcare to those who need it most, yet often struggle to access it.

Vision Care provides free eye tests and glasses to homeless and vulnerable people, restoring their sight and, in turn, their dignity and independence. Dentaid works tirelessly to deliver dental care to impoverished communities in the UK and overseas, relieving pain and improving overall health. The abseil is more than just fundraising; it is an opportunity for the community to come together and support a worthy cause. It is a huge challenge – a test of nerve and teamwork. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will directly contribute to Vision Care and Dentaid’s vital services and motivate us as the team prepare to step off that ledge.

Donate if you can

Support the teams’ brave efforts by donating safely to Dentaid or Vision Care through JustGiving.
